The controller for data collected via this site is Véloci, represented by Nicolas Gadek. Details in the legal notice.
2. Data collected
We collect only data strictly necessary for our missions:
- Contact / booking form (via Calendly): first name, last name, email, phone, free message
- Sign-up popup (wealth guide): email address
- Wealth review: patrimonial, family and tax information shared voluntarily, in line with our duty of advice
- Technical data: IP address, browser, pages visited (via standard Vercel tools, anonymized)
3. Purposes
Your data is used exclusively to:
- Reply to your contact requests and organize appointments
- Send the requested wealth guide or our newsletter (with consent)
- Carry out the wealth review and formulate adapted recommendations
- Comply with legal obligations (anti-money laundering, client file retention)
4. Legal bases
- Consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) for the newsletter, downloadable guide and chatbot
- Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (6.1.b) for the advisory mission
- Legal obligation (6.1.c) for client file retention (5 years minimum)
5. Recipients
Your data is never sold or transferred. It may be shared only:
- With our insurance and asset-management partners, strictly to implement the solutions you have decided to subscribe to
- With tax authorities or regulators (ORIAS, AMF, ACPR) in case of legal obligation
- With our host Vercel (technical storage), Calendly (booking) and our email provider (newsletter), all GDPR-compliant
6. Retention period
- Contact requests without follow-up: 3 years
- Client files: 5 years after end of contractual relationship (legal obligation)
- Newsletter: until unsubscription (1 click in every email)
- Technical data (server logs): 13 months max
7. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have at any time the following rights:
- Access — obtain a copy of your data
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten") — delete your data, within legal limits
- Restriction — temporarily freeze processing
- Portability — receive your data in a structured format
- Objection — refuse specific processing (marketing in particular)
- Withdrawal of consent — at any time, without justification

This site uses only strictly necessary cookies (theme preference, language preference, chatbot state). No advertising cookies, no third-party tracking.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures: HTTPS encryption, Vercel hosting (Tier 1, ISO 27001), access restrictions, regular backups.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated at any time. Date of last modification is shown at the top. Substantial changes will be communicated by email to active clients.
